Qualifications

• 4-7 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs/GenAI in production environments.
• Experience with shipping GenAI applications to production.
• Proficient in Python; strong cloud deployment knowledge (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Strands Agents or similar.
• Experience with AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and knowledge of agentic patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship GenAI applications including RAG systems and chatbots.
• Own the AI Workflow Platform and similar internal tools.
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks.
• Support client projects with technical depth when needed.

Job description

YOUR ROLE

• Build and ship GenAI applications (RAG systems, AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation);
• Own the AI Workflow Platform and similar internal tools;
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks, recommend what’s worth adopting;
• Support client projects with technical depth when needed;
• Help establish AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-7 years of software engineering experience;
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs/GenAI in production environments;
• Experience with shipping GenAI applications to production (RAG, agents, chatbots);
• Proficient in Python;
• Experience with Strands Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks;
• Experience with AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar);
• Knowledge of agentic patterns and their limitations;
• Knowledge of cloud deployments (AWS preferred, others acceptable);
• B2+ level of English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Some experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector);
• Contributions to open-source AI projects;
• Notion of model fine-tuning techniques.
