Job summary

EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic use case end-to-end—from problem framing to prototype, roadmap, and market launch. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product experts to define ambition, gather requirements, and deliver innovative products that move the needle in sustainability risk and compliance.

This is a builder role emphasizing high agency, direct customer engagement, and ownership of outcomes, not just output, within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise SaaS with real business and customer outcomes.
• An AI-native way of working that's part of how you operate, not an aspiration.
• Comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich sustainability or risk domain.
• Sharp problem framing and communication to reduce ambiguity and speed up engineering.
• Fluent in English as our primary working language.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision: set the end-to-end use case vision, gaps, and sequence to leadership.
• Understand the market: grasp technical requirements and how competitors/customers solve it.
• Engage customers directly: spend time with buyers and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions.
• Prototype with AI: use AI prototyping tools to build demos and test assumptions.
• Drive the build forward: unblock and drive cross‑tribe engineering efforts independently or with partners.
• Partner on go-to-market: collaborate with use case leads and commercial teams.
• Own the outcome: define success measures and steer decisions accordingly.
