KION Business Services Polska in Kraków is seeking a Semiconductor Management Expert to monitor semiconductor availability, drive market intelligence, and coordinate risk mitigation with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in intelligence gathering and data analysis to develop strategies.
• Experience in supplier/supply chain risk management.
• Fluent English; German and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess semiconductor availability and supply risks across KION Group.
• Own and develop KION’s semiconductor management tools, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive market intelligence, early warning activities, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and resilience.
• Coordinate R&D and lifecycle management activities related to semiconductor components.
• Manage supplier onboarding into KION’s preventive semiconductor management framework.
• Deliver decision-ready insights and reports for Procurement and senior management.
• Develop strategic partnerships across the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Support sourcing activities and help resolve critical supply bottlenecks.
