Job Description

As a FullStack Developer, you will:

• Design and implement frontend features for a new application using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Work on CRUD functionalities using NodeJs.
• Develop, integrate and consume APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to deliver new features and improvements aligned with business requirements.>
• Participate in all stages of the lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
• Use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance team.
• Document your solutions in Group Santander tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM, etc.
• Certify your deliverables and their integration with other components, designing and executing relevant tests to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NodeJs
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with front‑end technologies.
• Minimum 1 year experience with backend technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Determination and self‑discipline to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
<>Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Scala/Spark.
• Experience with BI Tools (PowerBI, Qlick).
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow, Control‑M).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Cloudera).
• Understanding of accounting/finance concepts or experience with financial data.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Basic understanding of Spanish.
• Experience working with Scrum.
