Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and how users move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
• Track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through shipped products.
• Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators/marketers who use these tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments.
• Scope and define big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
• Partner with growth, lifecycle, and marketing teams on launches and new product areas.
• Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
• Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand needs and feed insights to the team.
