Job summary

Accenture is seeking a cybersecurity consultant in Kraków to help clients strengthen security across cloud, apps, and infrastructure. You will design secure SDLC models, lead maturity assessments, and advise on risk-based decisions.

Work spans Poland and international projects with a flexible mix of remote and on-site collaboration. Strong English and Polish are required, with opportunities for growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, application security, or security architecture.
• Understanding Secure SDLC concepts and ability to design/improve security processes.
• Experience leading security maturity assessments and roadmaps for technical/business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and ASVS in security assessments and design guidance.
• Hands-on with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead security maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps.
• Design Secure SDLC operating models, governance frameworks and assurance processes.
• Advise on security-by-design and shift-left practices across development teams.
• Conduct security architecture reviews across hybrid, cloud and on-prem environments.
• Facilitate threat modelling and risk assessments for complex apps and enterprise programs.
• Define security requirements and governance mechanisms across platforms and environments.
