intive is seeking a Security Operations professional to join our team where infrastructure, automation and security meet. You will help keep systems secure and build tools to detect, triage and close security issues faster.

You will manage security platforms (AV/EDR, SIEM), review email quarantines, investigate phishing and other threats, and apply threat intelligence to investigations. You’ll work across Windows and Linux, automate tasks, and collaborate with global IT teams.

Formación

• 2–3 years in system administration or security operations.
• Hands-on with AV/EDR and SIEM.
• Solid Windows and Linux administration.
• Scripting skills: PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk-based prioritization.
• Experience with Jira.
• Security-first mindset and best practices.
• Polish and English for international collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership and proactive improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage security platforms (AV/EDR, SIEM).
• Review quarantines; investigate phishing and email threats.
• Use threat intel to enrich investigations.
• Track CVEs; support vulnerability management.
• Conduct periodic security assessments.
• Triage and resolve incidents and endpoint alerts.
• Identify root causes; document findings and runbooks.
• Tune detection rules to reduce false positives.
• Automate daily security operations with scripts and APIs.
• Deploy and maintain security agents across endpoints and servers.
• Integrate security and IT systems for visibility.
• Design internal tools, dashboards, reports for security ops.
• Support access control and identity management.
• Collaborate with local and international teams.
