Allegro Ltd. is seeking a dedicated security engineer for the eBilet platform. You will own day-to-day security work, collaborate with eBilet teams and Group Security, and translate policies into practical controls.

You will assess risks, drive secure development, and implement hardening across cloud, infrastructure, and applications. You will use AI and automation to enhance security processes, participate in incident response, and report progress to stakeholders while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own security work from need through implementation and validation.
• Hands-on experience in application, infrastructure or cloud security (Azure) and understanding of integration with development lifecycles.
• Ability to translate security standards into practical, scalable controls for tech teams.
• Experience with security testing (application/infrastructure, reviews, or pen tests) and risk prioritization.
• Strong knowledge on Windows/Linux/cloud hardening, access controls, patching, secrets management and logging.
• Excellent communication to explain security issues to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline security work and assess AI-related risks.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated security engineer for eBilet in close cooperation with eBilet teams and Group Security.
• Translate Group Security policies into practical controls, processes and priorities for eBilet.
• Assess security risks and maintain a roadmap of improvements considering business needs and incidents.
• Integrate security into the software development lifecycle with threat modelling and secure development guidance.
• Drive security hardening across applications, infrastructure and cloud environments, including access management and logging.
• Manage vulnerabilities from identification to remediation and verification.
• Perform hands-on security reviews and coordinate external assessments when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement controls reducing risk with minimal friction.
• Support incident response with Group Security and follow through on improvements.
• Track security work and report risks to eBilet and Group Security stakeholders.
