Project Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to cooperate with a leading provider of AI evaluation and optimization solutions, trusted by multinational companies to optimize AI agents and detect performance issues in large language models.

The client expects a person who works quickly, takes ownership, and moves forward without requiring extensive guidance.

Due to the client’s time zone, we would appreciate a candidate who can work until 7 p.m. on a daily basis, occasionally until 10 p.m.

This is a 100% remote position, but you are welcomed to join us in the office if you prefer.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or People Manager.
• Experience working with start‑ups (fast‑acting, proactive, operating independently).
• Ability to work until 7 p.m. or sometimes until 10 p.m.
• Well‑versed in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in tech roles (e.g., QA, Developer).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
