Join a team developing data integration solutions to support the digitization of manufacturing processes. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with Delivery Manager skills to lead teams in a hybrid environment (Agile + classic project management), ensuring effective delivery, process optimization and collaboration between technical and business departments.

Your tasks

• Acting as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; leading key ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro)
• Coordinate projects in a hybrid model (Agile + Waterfall), ensuring consistency of objectives, schedules and dependencies
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners on project roadmap, priorities and risks
• Streamline delivery processes - design and implement standards, playbooks and performance metrics
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams, business teams and external partners
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in the delivery management area
• Practice in a hybrid environment (Agile + Waterfall) and working with multiple teams
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps tools
• Experience in data integration / manufacturing / enterprise IT projects
• Ability to analyze risks, facilitate meetings and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
