A leading IT services firm in Kraków is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide teams through Agile and hybrid frameworks. You will facilitate ceremonies, support Product Owners, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid) and project methodologies.
• Experience in IT projects, including enterprise software implementations.
