As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undergoing a large-scale transformation of its technology platforms and delivery processes. You will be facilitating agile practices, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of complex programs, and enabling teams to achieve their full potential while adhering to strict governance frameworks. By driving collaboration across stakeholders, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement, you will play a crucial role in balancing scope, budget, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions in a fast‑paced and highly regulated environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices
• Managing delivery scope, schedules, dependencies, and resources effectively
• Owning and updating the end-to-end delivery plan for assigned journeys
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets while escalating discrepancies when necessary
• Driving technical discovery sessions and supporting feature refinement
• Managing risks, issues, and dependencies through transparent reporting and escalation
• Coordinating with governance teams to ensure compliance with IT standards
• Supporting integration testing planning and tracking activities for successful delivery
• Engaging with stakeholders and maintaining a clear communication framework
• Escalating critical issues to Release Train Engineers and leadership when required

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams in financial services
• Hands‑on expertise using JIRA and Confluence to manage delivery dashboards
• Proven record of applying Agile and SAFe methodologies in complex environments
• Strong experience in resource planning, demand management, and capacity management
• Solid track record of delivering projects under challenging timelines and priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build cohesive relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams
• Experience in solving poorly defined problems by applying structure and rigor
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in high‑pressure environments
• Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, and escalation processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with API and microservices delivery projects
• Prior involvement in multiple Agile trains within SAFe environments
• Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams
• Familiarity with financial services technology transformation programs
