Which tasks can you expect?

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP solutions with expertise in the personnel administration
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and maintaining awareness of other HR technologies
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business needs and ensure alignment with solution functionality
  • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for key client users
  • Participate in data migration and transformation processes
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance teams for ongoing support
  • Collaborate with implementation teams in areas such as time management, payroll, and employee self-service

What do you have to offer?

  • Several years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ECP, and SAP on-premise systems within the Personnel Administration (PA) area
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Implementation Consultant Certification
  • Solid knowledge of labor law regulations applicable in Poland
  • Proven experience in delivering IT projects in the HR domain, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong teamwork, commitment, and customer focus
  • Fluent in Polish and English
