Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Service & Aftersales Consultant in Warsaw to help redesign service and aftersales capabilities and translate business needs into SAP-enabled solutions. The role sits at the intersection of service, operations and technology in a hybrid work model.

You will advise on transformation programs, design end-to-end service processes, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP FSM and SAP Service Planning and Execution implementations, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, business or information systems.
At least 5 years of consulting or SAP-enabled Service & Aftersales experience in industrial environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Service & Aftersales processes and interfaces with spare parts and installed-base.
Hands-on SAP FSM and SAP Service Planning and Execution configuration skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on Service & Aftersales transformation across request and order management, planning, scheduling and field execution.
Translate business needs into SAP FSM and SAP Service Planning and Execution designs.
Design end-to-end service flows, technician planning, service orders, installed-base data, and parts handoffs.
Lead client workshops, define transformation roadmaps and priorities.
Collaborate with service, sales, logistics, maintenance and IT teams to ensure SAP solutions integrate with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise landscape.
