Job summary

Talan is leading a critical SAP optimization and data retention program for a major retail client, with a focus on performance and scalable data solutions. You will collaborate with SAP teams, business stakeholders, and the Poland-based SAP Architect to stabilize delivery and drive value.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on project management in SAP S/4HANA environments, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to translate technical topics into business impact in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex SAP enhancement or optimization projects.
• Experience in challenging SAP environments (e.g. high number of Z-transactions).
• Hands-on project management approach; able to step into an ongoing project immediately.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical teams and business users.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
• Fluent Polish proficiency.

Job Description

You will join a critical SAP database optimization and enhancement program for a major retail client.
The initiative focuses on improving SAP performance, optimizing data volumes, and reducing the impact of data retention on business operations, working closely with internal teams and external SAP experts.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of an ongoing SAP optimization project and stabilize delivery.
• Coordinate closely with technical SAP teams, business stakeholders, and the SAP Architect in Poland.
