RED Global is seeking a SAP OCM Consultant for a SAP IBP project. The consultant will support organizational change management within a large transformation program and start as soon as possible on an initial 10-month contract. The role is remote.

You will coordinate change readiness, organizational alignment, and adoption measurement, work with global teams and major consulting partners, and ensure clear communications and training coordination across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management within large transformation.
• Strong understanding of core OCM components: Change readiness, Organizational alignment, Change-impact assessment, Communications, Training coordination, Adoption and training-effectiveness measurement.
• Experience with established OCM methodologies, templates, surveys, and best practices.
• Strong coordination, scheduling, documentation, and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with stakeholder data and communication groups.
• Comfortable working within a complex global organization and collaborating with major consulting partners.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and for an initial 10 months contract The project is remote working.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining stakeholder data and communication groups.
