Our client is a major European media group undergoing a strategic enterprise transformation. This project involves a complex transition from legacy systems to modern SAP architectures, driving operational efficiency across core logistics and supply chain capabilities.

SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to play a key role in a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end functional design, system configuration, and bridging business requirements with technical delivery within the MM module. Working at the intersection of business processes and technology, you will partner directly with client stakeholders, lead workshops, and guide interface design to ensure a seamless transition.

ROLE FUNCTIONS

• S/4HANA Migration & Implementation: Lead and execute the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA within the Materials Management (MM) module, ensuring alignment with best practices and project timelines.
• Functional Design & WRICEF: Create and review functional design specifications (WRICEF), overseeing custom developments and extensions where required.
• Client Workshops & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate and lead interactive workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate business processes, and secure alignment.
• Interface Build & Support: Design, build, and provide ongoing support for complex integration interfaces and cross-module data flows.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing logistics and procurement processes, proposing standard SAP S/4HANA solutions to streamline operations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with delivery teams and partner consultants to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• SAP MM Expertise: Proven, hands-on implementation and configuration experience in SAP MM (Materials Management).
• S/4HANA Migration Experience: Demonstrated track record of participating in full-lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Workshop Facilitation: Strong client-facing skills with proven experience in planning and handling client workshops.
• WRICEF & Interfaces: Solid experience in functional design (WRICEF) and building or supporting system interfaces.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) is required.
