Job summary

Atos Kraków is seeking an experienced SAP Flexible Workflow Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will configure and maintain SAP Workflow solutions in S/4HANA, collaborate with process owners, and ensure robust testing of workflow scenarios.

The role requires German minimum B2 and English B2+. We offer a flexible hybrid work model, a choice between Employment Contract or B2B, and a broad benefits package including private medical care and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Workflow / Flexible Workflow in SAP S/4HANA.
• Practical experience with Fiori Manage Workflow.
• Strong understanding of approval workflow configuration and testing.
• German minimum B2 – mandatory.
• English B2+.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Flexible Workflow / Business Workflow solutions in S/4HANA.
• Configure and support approval workflows using Fiori Manage Workflow.
• Test workflow scenarios and support issue resolution.
• Work closely with process owners to understand requirements and ensure appropriate workflow configuration.
• Support ongoing adjustments and improvements to existing workflow processes.
