Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will combine hands-on system expertise with close collaboration with finance and IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

You will manage finance ERP functionalities, engage stakeholders, lead period-end activities and intercompany processes, and support deployments from design to post-go-live. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant in finance modules.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and solution documentation.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities and ensuring stable operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Leading discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax processes and financial reporting.
• Gathering and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design.
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Ensuring governance, audit and control compliance and cross-functional integrations.

Join a project within a global technology-driven organization as a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant, where you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving enterprise finance systems. This position combines hands-on system expertise with close collaboration across finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions supporting international business operations. You will contribute to both operational excellence and strategic transformation initiatives, helping modernize financial processes and improve the overall user experience.

Your tasks

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into system solutions
• Leading discussions around financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting
• Gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design activitiesli>
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit and control standards while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, including configuration, support, and enhancement activities within finance modules
• Strong expertise in core financial processes such as general ledger accounting, fixed assets, multi-currency operations, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the integration of finance systems with related business functions
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, user support, and solution documentation
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent English with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
