Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Poland is recruiting a SAP Process Excellence Expert FICO/R2R to upgrade to SAP S/4HANA and standardize IT systems across European sites. The role supports sites with local teams and IT, requiring about 50% onsite presence and 20% travel.

You will train end users, create training materials, work with controllers and factory leads to resolve issues, upskill power users, and help specify requirements for development teams while staying current with SAP best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FICO and related SAP modules (SD, Po2C, PM incl. EWM, MM, PP, QM)
• Strong knowledge of S4/HANA R2R platform and global/BU template
• Experience in manufacturing and industrial services
• Excellent communication in a global multi-cultural environment; English fluent; additional language a plus
• Technical IT knowledge and quick ability to learn a new global template

Responsibilities

• Be the local contact for end-user training and issue management for SAP R2R.
• Create SAP training materials to support ongoing usage and tool adoption.
• Collaborate with factory leads and controllers to resolve SAP-related issues with IT support.
• Upskill key users to become go-to knowledge sources for SAP at the site.
• Bridge factories and IT by communicating challenges and reporting ticket resolution timelines.
• Identify enhancements and draft functional requirements for development teams.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
