Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a SAP EWM Senior Consultant to join our consulting services team. You will work on SAP EWM projects spanning Warehouse Management, Inbound/Outbound processes, and complex system integrations across the EMEA region.

The role requires 3-5+ years of SAP experience, a strong grasp of end-to-end business processes, and a willingness to operate in an international setting. SAP EWM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation (EWM, IM and MM areas).
• Business processes end-2-end knowledge.
• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM processes: Outbound, Inbound, VAS, Quality Inspections, EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and participate in advisory projects.
• Implement SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management, and Logistics.
• Coordinate main project tasks and participate in post-implementation reviews.

SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Right now, we are looking for an SAP EWM Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region, but not only.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management and Logistics. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation (EWM, IM and MM areas)
• Business processes end-2-end knowledge
• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design
• Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes
• Proficiency in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM
• Proficiency in implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM
• Experience in interface design and development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Experience in data migration
• Practical knowledge about system enhancements and configuration
• Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review

Ideally, you’ll also have

• SAP EWM Certification
• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design
• Another European language is an advantage
• Great sense of humor
