Job summary

Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to support a major SAP transformation with a focus on strategy, governance, and data readiness. You will define the migration roadmap, establish governance, and lead workshops with key stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP data migration experience and proven ability to drive large-scale international transformation programs. This is a strategic, governance-focused position rather than hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
Proven experience defining migration strategies for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and migration best practices.
Experience working on large-scale, international SAP transformation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Define the overall migration strategy and governance framework.
Establish the Migration Factory governance approach.
Lead migration strategy workshops with business and project stakeholders.
Define data cleansing, quality, and readiness strategies.
Develop the transition approach from the current-state to the target-state environment.
Provide guidance on migration best practices, risks, and dependencies.
