Job summary

Infosys Consulting Europe seeks an experienced SAP Consultant for Manufacturing PP/QM to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations across Production Planning, shop-floor MES and Quality Management. You will translate business needs into system design and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in SAP, S/4HANA experience and willingness to travel across Europe. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP PP/QM or equivalent.
• 2–5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP, QM.
• Deep Production Planning, Shop-Floor MES and/or Quality Management experience with ability to map requirements to design.
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
• Experience in international template rollout projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, resilience and communication skills (English C2).
• Higher education degree in Economics/IT or equivalent.
• Experience gathering, validating and communicating data for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements, identify SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Plan and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and process improvements.
• Coordinate with near-/offshore teams to ensure delivery.
• Act as sparring partner for client and project management.

The Role

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management
• Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities

Requirements

• Have at least 8-10 years of experience in this area.
• At least 2-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM
• Profound Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
