Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced SAP CO Manager to lead complex IT transformation programs and deliver cutting‑edge SAP solutions for global clients. Based in Wrocław or Katowice with a 2/3 hybrid work model.

You will mentor teams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive end‑to‑end CO implementations, including S/4HANA integrations with FI, SD, MM and PP, while contributing to business development and client discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP CO experience with end-to-end processes in finance and controlling.
• 10+ years of SAP CO experience across multiple end-to-end implementations including S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to shape solution strategies with senior stakeholders and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large IT transformation programs focusing on SAP CO solutions.
• Advise clients at a strategic level and shape solution strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure quality, risk management, and timelines.
• Contribute to business development and client presentations.
• Mentor team members and foster their growth.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to implement best practices.
