JOBSI, Poland, seeks a Production Worker (W/M/NB) for the Mała Nieszawka facility near Toruń. The contract is a mandate with a guaranteed rate of 31.40 PLN gross per hour, paid regularly between the 15th and 20th each month.

The role includes packing finished products, keeping the workspace clean, and following food safety procedures. Three 8‑hour shifts are available: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00, with accommodation and transportation provided; accommodation costs 600 PLN monthly

Formación

• Experience in food production or packing preferred.
• Ability to follow hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts and follow schedule.

Position: Production Worker (W/M/NB)

Place of work: Mała Nieszawka (7 km from Toruń)

Type of employment: Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Salary:

• Guaranteed rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour

Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month

Responsibilities:

• Packing finished products: sandwiches, bread, rolls and sweet yeast pastries;
• Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation;
• Following food safety procedures.

Work schedule:

• Three shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• 1st shift: 06:00–14:00
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00
• 3rd shift: 22:00–06:00

Accommodation:

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Cost: 600 PLN per month (deducted from salary).

Transportation:

• Commuting to work by public transport.
• Transport from Toruń: a bus provided by the production facility.

Additional information:

• Medical examinations paid for by the company.
• Workwear provided by the company.
• Laboratory tests are carried out from Monday to Wednesday (waiting time for results: at least 5 working days).
• You cannot start work without the test results!

Start of work:

• Within 5 days after arrival.
