Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Product Owner to combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-minded, business-focused approach in an international environment.

You will develop Salesforce Service Cloud based products, manage the backlog, define priorities with business stakeholders, co-create roadmaps, and translate user needs into clear requirements while coordinating with teams across countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant with a business-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritise requirements and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and defining business solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.

We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. Your tasks

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
• Living in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodologies
