Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an international team dedicated to building and maintaining a modern Salesforce ecosystem used by thousands of users worldwide. You will own the Heroku platform, manage dynos, buildpacks, and integrations, and design API-based solutions linking Salesforce with external systems.

Responsibilities include implementing webhooks, event-driven data syncing, and optimizing PostgreSQL databases while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Heroku platform.
• Strong Salesforce architecture and integration knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DB performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based apps and integration platforms.
• Proficient in Node.js/Java/JavaScript/Python or similar.
• Fluent English and Polish (B2+).
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Heroku platform and related integrations.
• Manage Heroku applications, dynos, buildpacks, add-ons, and configuration.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Build and maintain API-based solutions, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and data synchronization processes.
• Configure and support Heroku Connect and PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot performance, stability, and scalability issues across the platform.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support AI-based integrations, including LLM and prompt-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements.
