Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an international team responsible for building and maintaining a modern Salesforce ecosystem used by thousands of users worldwide. This role focuses on the integration of Salesforce with Heroku, PostgreSQL, and various APIs to deliver scalable business solutions.

You will own the Heroku platform, design and develop integrations, and collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial experience with the Heroku platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations.
• Experience with Heroku Connect and REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the Heroku platform and related integrations.
• Manage Heroku applications, dynos, buildpacks, add-ons, and configuration.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Build and maintain API-based solutions, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and data synchronization processes.
• Configure and support Heroku Connect and PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot performance, stability, and scalability issues across the platform.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support AI-based integrations, including LLM and prompt-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an international team responsible for building and maintaining a modern Salesforce ecosystem used by thousands of users worldwide. This role focuses on the integration of Salesforce with Heroku, PostgreSQL, and various APIs to deliver scalable business solutions. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Heroku platform and help shape modern integration solutions in a global environment. Your tasks

• Own and maintain the Heroku platform and related integrations
• Manage Heroku applications, dynos, buildpacks, add-ons, and configuration
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Build and maintain API-based solutions, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and data synchronization processes
• Configure and support Heroku Connect and PostgreSQL databases
• Troubleshoot performance, stability, and scalability issues across the platform
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support AI-based integrations, including LLM and prompt-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with the Heroku platform
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations
• Experience with Heroku Connect
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and API integrations
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and integration platforms
• Good scripting or development skills in Node.js, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar
• Very good command of English and Polish at B2 level or higher
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and Docker
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and AI/LLM integrations
