Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), including data modeling, report creation, visualization and analysis.
• Hands-on technical skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, implementation processes, as well as working with Datasets, Recipes, Event Monitoring, Dashboards and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and designing analytics solutions in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
• Creating, developing and optimizing Datasets, Recipes and Dashboards.
• Documenting architecture and preparing technical materials.
