Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Very good knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), including data modeling, report creation, visualization and analysis.
  • Hands-on technical skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, implementation processes, as well as working with Datasets, Recipes, Event Monitoring, Dashboards and SQL.

Job description

Join a project for one of the largest global toolmakers for the construction industry that develops advanced solutions based on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CRM Analytics (CRMA).

We are looking for an experienced professional with a combination of analytical, technical and architectural skills who will be responsible for the design, implementation and development of CRMA solutions in an international Agile environment.

Your tasks
  • Analyzing business requirements and designing analytics solutions in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
  • Creating, developing and optimizing Datasets, Recipes and Dashboards, including preparing data transformation logic and data structure
  • Designing data models and ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Developing queries, analyzing large data sets, and formulating conclusions and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Documenting architecture and preparing technical materials
  • Collaborating with Product Owner, architects and scrum teams on architectural decisions
  • Testing, validation and quality assurance of implemented CRMA solutions, according to the established QA process
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Very good knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), including data modeling, report creation, visualization and analysis
  • Hands‑on technical skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, implementation processes, as well as working with Datasets, Recipes, Event Monitoring, Dashboards and SQL
  • Experience in data transformation and cleansing and knowledge of ETL processes
  • Ability to interpret data and present business insights
  • Understanding of data architecture and data flows
  • General knowledge of sales and marketing processes to support the development of analytical solutions
  • Very good English language skills – level min. B2
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
