Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce-based projects.
  • Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
  • Ability to gather requirements, create documentation, and estimate analytical work.
  • Self-reliance and good work organization.
  • Knowledge of English (min. B2) and fluency in Polish.

Your tasks
  • Creating and maintaining functional documentation.
  • Daily work with the creation of user stories and their refinement.
  • Working with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions in Salesforce.
  • Preparing functional designs for new functionalities.
  • Supporting the development team in the implementation of solutions.
  • Participation in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Basic support in testing of prepared solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce‑based projects.
  • Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
  • Ability to gather requirements, create documentation and estimate analytical work.
  • Practical knowledge of UML/BPMN notation or other business process modelling methods.
  • Experience in conducting customer workshops and working with stakeholders.
  • Self‑reliance, good work organization and ability to operate without detailed guidance.
  • Communication skills and ease of finding oneself in a large team.
  • Knowledge of the English language to the extent that you can communicate freely in business – min. B2.
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language.
