About the role

Region: Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
  • Responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative quarterly and annual objectives (budget and PMP)
  • Proactive support/service of all customers (new and existing) in the respective sales area
  • Active maintenance of customer list and all relevant customer information
  • Performance of sales and training activities and on‑site presentations to customers
  • Taking and forwarding of customer orders and inquiries to Customer Services
  • Active support for product launches/on‑site product launches at customer facilities
  • Organization of/and participation in conventions
  • Acceptance and internal forwarding of complaints
  • Active observation of market developments and competitors including reports to internal functions
  • Compliance with the reporting system and observation of the cost budget
  • Compliance with Corporate Policies and cost–benefit activity
About You
  • Sales experience in the medical equipment field
  • Knowledge of tender procedures
  • Fluent Polish and good English level
  • A proactive, result driven & entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network & build long‑term customer relationships
  • A passion and drive with a strong commitment to develop and sustain long‑term business partnerships
