Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Intern (Bach) Sales Ops in Poland to support the sales team, analyze data, and help optimize processes. You will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, quotes, and customer interactions within a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with MarCom and design teams to enhance sales efficiency and meet targets. Suitable for students or recent graduates in Electrical/Automation engineering.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Automation engineering.
Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
Experience with CRM/SAP is a plus.
MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Support Inside & Outside sales team in concepts and quotations preparation.
Analyzing project documentation to prepare a quotation.
Supporting designers in the preparation of specifications based on the company's solutions.
Preparation of descriptions, drawings, lists and calculations for designers.
Support in maintaining web page.
Maintaining and creation new technical & marketing documents of product & solutions.
Support of MarCom team in all customer related initiatives.
Testing and checking products.
Participate in development, product and business-related trainings.
