We are OKIN FACILITY, a recognised provider of facility management services and a leader in innovation. We provide all services related to the operation and management of real estate and property. Typically, this includes technical management, cleaning services, security, inspection activities, administrative services and many others. The company was founded in 1993 and currently operates in Central and Eastern Europe. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Polish team in the position of Sales Manager.

Are you an experienced salesperson and want to become part of a company with more than 30 years of history on the Czech market and in 5 other European countries? Do you have a talent for acquiring new opportunities and building relationships? If so, then this offer is just for you.

What will be your main responsibilities:
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities in the field of facility management with a focus on southern Poland (Warsaw – Katowice – Krakow).
  • Comprehensive responsibility for the entire business cycle – from calculating the offer, through its presentation, to concluding the contract and subsequent customer care.
  • Selling technical and cleaning services in the field of building, office, shopping centre and manufacturing plant management.
  • Monitoring the market and competition, proposing solutions to increase the company's competitiveness in the market.
Who we are looking for:
  • You have experience in selling services, ideally in the field of facility management, real estate or retail.
  • You can communicate in English – you will be in touch with our international team and participate in training.
  • You are a communicative and energetic person who feels comfortable among people – you are not afraid to pick up the phone, visit clients in person and turn opportunities into successful business.
  • You are a hunter at heart and enjoy acquiring new business opportunities.
  • You can work independently – you are careful, reliable and proactive.
