Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Background in FMCG companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing).
  • Communication fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across CEE.
  • Oversee month-end closing processes and accuracy of accruals.
  • Manage Gross-to-Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contribute to pricing and revenue management projects.
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms.
  • Develop financial tools for business understanding.
  • Consolidate and report key KPIs regionally.

SALES CONTROLLING & REVENUE MANAGEMENT MANAGER

We’re looking for a Sales Controlling & Revenue Management Manager to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll coordinate and support a regional team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial processes, improving trade investment efficiency, and driving revenue optimization across the CEE region.

This position combines hands‑on financial management with team leadership — you’ll oversee core commercial finance activities, provide insights that strengthen profitability, and help shape decisions that impact our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and support a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across four CEE markets, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
  • Oversee month‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy of accruals (returns, markdowns, trade spends).
  • Manage Gross‑to‑Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis, delivering clear insights to improve profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Contribute to pricing and revenue management projects, including list price reviews and promotional ROI analysis.
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms across the region.
  • Develop and maintain financial tools that enhance business understanding and decision support.
  • Consolidate and report key KPIs at regional level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.

The team consists of 6 direct reports (4 Sales Controllers and 2 Revenue Managers), and you will work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.   • Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance
  • Bring proven people management experience
  • Have a background in FMCG companies
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing)
  • Are proficient in Excel, SAP, BI tools; Power BI is a plus
  • Communicate fluently in English and Polish; CEE languages are an asset
