Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, is seeking a SAC and Datasphere Planning expert to join the Analytics & Reporting team. You will design and implement analytical and planning solutions using SAC and Datasphere to support enterprise-scale decisions.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, optimize planning models, and drive data-driven insights across clients worldwide. A strong background in SAP analytics tools and data modeling is essential.

• Experience with SAC Planning Models and write back.
• Knowledge of DataSphere seamless Planning concepts.
• Strong experience with planning architecture in SAP ecosystem (SAC).

About the role

Project is in the process of transforming its ERP landscape to enable the “intelligent enterprise”. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the Analytics and Reporting strategy. As an SAC and Datasphere Planning expert you will be working in multicultural, dynamic, and innovative Analytics & Reporting (A&R) team located in Kaiseraugst providing reporting and analytical solutions to the clients' community worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing analytical and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
• Creating, enhancing, and optimizing planning models to support business processes and decision-making.
• Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools in line with business requirements.
• Contributing to ERP transformation initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, and automating business processes.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing reporting, planning, and data processing workflows.
• Collaborating with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.
• Supporting the implementation of industry best practices in analytics, reporting, and financial planning.
• Ensuring the consistency, quality, and reliability of data used in reports and planning models.
• Contributing to the development and execution of the Analytics & Reporting strategy.
• Collaborating with international teams to deliver global analytics and reporting solutions.
• Participating in transformation projects focused on modernizing systems, improving business processes, and increasing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)- Planning Models and write back Expertise
• Good knowledge of DataSphere Seamless Planning roadmap & concepts
• Strong experience in Planning architecture in SAP ecosystem , SAC platform know-how
• Creation of ODE stories, dashboards
• Scripting using Advanced Formulas and Data Actions
• Hands-on SQL /Java script knowledge for defining front end and reports
• Integration between SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA,SAC and Datasphere and remote models
• Experience in data modeling concepts (ADSOs, Composite Providers, InfoObjects, SAC objects)
• Familiarity with DataSources, DTPs, Transformation & migration activities
• Strong grasp of Finance, Planning processes or supply chain business processes
• Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP BPC or other planning tools (helpful in migration scenarios)
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
• Analytical & Functional Skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to talk to business stakeholders and bridge the gap between b/w IT and business
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
