Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in software QA, implementation QA, or configuration validation.
• Hands-on experience testing SaaS products with configuration-driven behavior.
• Understanding of change control, validation, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate customer configurations implemented by Configuration Specialists.
• Execute functional and regression testing for new implementations and expansions.
• Review structured configuration files for accuracy and adherence to standards.

Skills

Experience in software QA

Ability to interpret structured configuration files

Analytical and troubleshooting skills
