Job summary

OneRail Poland is seeking an Integration Specialist to design, configure, test, and support customer integrations throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will serve as the technical bridge between customers, Implementation Managers, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless connectivity with the OneRail platform.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-focused, and enjoys solving integration challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing SaaS software or enterprise integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and data transformation.
• SQL for data validation.
• Understanding OAuth and API Keys.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar).
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
• Experience in logistics/transport/supply chain or retail tech.
• Understanding webhooks and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing SaaS environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English & Polish (B2+).
