About the role

Your responsibilities
  • Support fixed asset accounting and reporting within the Record-to-Report process
  • Maintain asset master data and ensure compliance with capitalisation policies
  • Process additions, transfers,disposalsand depreciation in line with close timelines
  • Reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger and resolve variances
  • Monitor balances and prepare entries to ensure readiness for capitalisation
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and standard workpapers
  • Contribute to data quality improvements and governance
  • Help standardise templates andleveragedigital tools to reduce manual effort
The experience we're looking for
  • A broad range of experience in fixed asset accounting, controllership or finance operations
  • Exposure to shared services or global process environments
  • Understanding of the fixed asset lifecycle and period-end close activities
  • Awareness of capitalisation policy, useful lifesettingsand impairment indicators
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and reconciliation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines with reliability and accuracy
  • Clear communication skills for documentation and reporting
