This role leads the way in delivering excellence across Reckitt’s global financial close and consolidation processes. Your responsibilities

• Ensure consolidation data aligns with accounting policies and group reporting standards
• Deliver accurate sub‑consolidations, eliminations and group submissions within close timelines
• Manage the global close calendar, flux reviews and audit‑ready documentation
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and resolution
• Drive improvements in data quality and operational efficiency using enterprise systems
• Enhance automation and standardisation of trackers, templates and reporting packs
• Strengthen governance and controls to support compliance and audit readiness

The experience we're looking for

• A broad range of experience in financial close and consolidation within Record to Report or controllership functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end close activities including calendar management, journal governance, eliminations and flux reviews
• Strong understanding of accounting policies and group reporting standards
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise resource planning and consolidation systems, with a focus on automation and standardisation
• Proven track record in maintaining a control‑focused, audit‑ready environment
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across finance, tax, inter‑company and delivery teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and effective time management
