Job summary

A leading engineering services provider in Poland is seeking a Digital Design expert to tackle complex challenges in the semiconductor industry. Your responsibilities include leading functional specifications and designing microarchitecture for high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in digital design, a strong grasp of Verilog or VHDL, and excellent collaboration skills. This role offers a hybrid working model and a culture focused on well-being and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital design.
• Strong knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL.
• Experience with SoC-level integration and design is a plus.
• Deep understanding of debugging flows and linting tools.

YOUR ROLE

Are you a Digital Design expert ready to take on complex challenges in the semiconductor space? Join our cutting‑edge team and help us build the next generation of SoCs and digital IPs.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead Functional Specification Development for advanced digital systems
• Design and implement Microarchitecture (uArch) for high‑performance blocks
• Perform RTL Debugging, ensuring design correctness and efficiency
• Run and analyze Lint Checks and CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) Checks
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and architecture teams
• (Bonus) Contribute to Front‑End Synthesis and optimization
• Experience working on SoC‑level integration and design (Nice to have)
• Apply Power Optimization Techniques for energy‑efficient designs (Nice to have)

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in digital design
• Strong knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog is a plus
• Experience with tools like Cadence Genus, Synopsys Design Compiler, or Fusion Compiler is a plus
• Proven experience in RTL design, uArch development, and functional specs
• Deep understanding of linting tools, CDC methodologies, and debugging flows
• Familiarity with synthesis tools and SoC design is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
