Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Warszawa is seeking a skilled hand-polishing operator to perform robotic finishing on medical devices, ensuring cosmetic and blueprint specifications are met. You will work in a team, read blueprints, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain all equipment in the department.
• Perform final buff for parts requiring additional work after robots finish.

What You Can Expect

Responsible for performing all robotic and hand polishing/buffing operations on Zimmer Biomet products using abrasive belts, buffs, compounds, and greases to attain the required cosmetic and blueprint specifications on the product.

Your Background

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have one year experience of orthopedic polishing or buffing using a variety of metals; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Robotic CNC experience preferred.
• Certified inspection techniques within 30 days of start.
