A global oncology company is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for its Krakow office. The role involves leading Revenue Operations activities, managing a team, and ensuring accuracy in revenue processes. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in revenue operations and at least 3 years in a leadership role. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role comes with a salary range of 153,600 to 256,000 PLN and various benefits including performance bonuses and private medical care.
Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
Currently we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to our office in Cracow, Poland. This position is a hybrid one, requires 3 days per week presence in our Cracow office.
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead the centralized RevOps team in Poland and serve as the on-site representative for the global Revenue Operations organization. This role blends leadership, operational oversight, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have significant impact on how we scale, streamline, and elevate revenue operations across multiple markets.
You will partner closely with global RevOps leaders, Finance, Audit, and commercial teams—driving alignment, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring flawless revenue processes that support Novocure’s mission of improving patient outcomes.
This full-time role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations – International Markets.
The annual base salary ranges from 153.600 PLN to 256.000 PLN yearly*.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
