Job summary

Affinit is seeking a Revenue Analytics engineer to build data products, reporting infrastructure, and semantic foundations powering the Revenue organization. This remote role is based in Poland with equity and a strong compensation package.

You will develop dbt models, dashboards, and automated pipelines; partner with engineering and business stakeholders; and contribute to best practices in version control and data governance to scale analytics across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in an analytics engineering or BI role.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, dbt, Python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau), Databricks, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Understanding of data foundations required for reliable AI, including semantic layers, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows to improve development speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop dbt data models, dashboards, metrics, and automation processes for the revenue field team and revenue analysts.
• Build and maintain critical reporting data models that power external merchant reporting.
• Build the semantic, metadata, and context layers that allow AI systems to understand Revenue data and definitions.
• Partner with Business Systems, engineering, and stakeholders to translate requirements into durable data products.
• Contribute to the team’s GitHub-based workflows, code review, and release hygiene.
• Develop governance and foundations to scale analytics impact within Revenue.
