About the Job

As a Franchise Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across our North Europe franchise network. You'll act as the go-to contact for all operational matters, working closely with franchise partners to implement retail systems, uphold brand standards, and drive omni‑channel capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and enjoys building strong partner relationships while optimising operational performance. From launching new store openings to managing retail systems and analysing key performance indicators, you'll be at the centre of cross‑functional collaboration to support sustainable growth and partner success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance Implement standardised procedures, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with company standards across the franchise network.
  • Franchisee Support & Communication Serve as the first point of contact for franchise partners, supporting them with day to day operational issues and ensuring clear, effective communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Retail Systems & Omni‑Channel Management Oversee the rollout and adoption of retail technologies and omni‑channel initiatives, providing training and support as needed.
  • Project Management Lead cross‑functional projects tailored to franchise needs, ensuring alignment with internal strategies and timely execution.
  • Store Opening Support Manage operational and technical aspects of new store openings, ensuring all systems and processes are in place from day one.
  • Reporting & Data Management Develop performance dashboards using Power BI and maintain accurate franchise and operational data to support strategic decisions.
About You

You are a detail oriented, technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of retail operations and partner management. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a hands‑on approach to problem solving. Your communication skills help you build strong, productive relationships across teams and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree in a commercial or business‑related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in retail operations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with external partners.
  • Well‑organised, detail focused, and highly accurate.
  • Results‑driven with a business mindset and strong time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI (data modelling, DAX functions).
  • Comfortable with retail systems and omni‑channel technologies.
  • Analytical thinker with a good understanding of KPIs and financials.
  • Passionate about the Retail and Fashion industry.
