ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose

We are looking for a Retail Accountant reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznał. The position focuses on supporting AR process for French entity with elements of GL processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily bank statements posting and reconciliation
  • AR tasks such as customer invoicing, posting standard accounting transactions, GL account reconciliation, regular communication with point of sales across France and local team in France
  • Maintenance and clarification of customer accounts and outstanding items
  • Possible Record to Report (RTR) daily and month end tasks
  • Support to any local related queries within responsibility area
  • Assisting with team/departmental projects (may include limited travel)
  • Other ad-hoc accounting/finance tasks
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience:
  • Min 1,5 year of experience in accounting role
Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Languages Skills:
  • Communicative English and French nice to have
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
  • High level of customer service
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
