YOUR ROLE

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across multiple business units, enabling performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

YOUR TASKS

• Gather raw data from various internal and external sources.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Validate and clean data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
• Design, create, and deliver operational and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Analyze trends, patterns, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders for process improvement and strategic planning.
• Support SLA breach analysis and reattribution between service providers (as per SIAM/SLM processes).
• Work closely with Service Level Managers, Service Desk Leads, and other teams to understand reporting needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and SIAM principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
