Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Webflow Designer to design and build conversion-focused websites for global clients. You will work hands-on on Webflow, Figma, and design systems, delivering scalable UX components while maintaining brand standards.

The role is fully remote, with a part-time start (20 hours) as an Independent Contractor. You will collaborate with US-based clients and teams, creating marketing assets and landing pages in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Webflow design and development experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work US Central Time.
• Experience creating scalable design systems is a plus.
• Experience building marketing assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites from scratch using Webflow.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
• Develop landing pages, ads, emails, and social graphics.
• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, style guides).
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client goals and deliver on time.
• Implement and maintain Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow.
• Ensure designs meet high standards for responsiveness, usability, and conversion.
