Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented designer to shape high-impact product experiences using a blend of AI tools and design excellence. You will collaborate with PMs and engineers from day one to define requirements, prototype, and iterate through QA and release, always aiming for intuitive and delightful user experiences.

You’ll work across multiple European offices and potentially remote supports, with ambitious growth and strong emphasis on learning and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery, ensuring intuitive, effective, and delightful UI/UX.
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, and align with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI, moving between code and design tools to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from day one to define UX requirements and own the build through QA and release.
• Measure success by tracking funnels, retention, and adoption to refine future work.
• Identify high-impact backlog bets and drive delivery with stakeholders.
