Job summary

BeMyGuest is seeking an Operations Executive to support operators on our travel tech platform and maximize value from the distribution network and booking systems. You will manage product listings, ensure listing accuracy, and leverage AI tools for content optimization.

You will provide frontline support to operators, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and assist with API and system troubleshooting in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, eCommerce, OTA, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Product Management: Upload/maintain product info, ensure quality listings, use AI for descriptions.
• Operator & Customer Support: Support operators, handle inquiries via chat, email, phone, and social channels.
• API & System Support: Troubleshoot reservation and API issues, coordinate with technical teams.
